I had been a Gamefly customer for about 3 months. I had about 10 games in my ***, all of which were newer release games. All of the games had a short wait on them unfortunately there were no other games I was interested in renting.

About 15 days went by with no activity in my *** so I called Gamefly and asked if I would be charged for the time without any games being shipped to me, they said yes so I said forget it I will cancel and maybe reactivate when I am interested in more games. They refused to issue me a refund for the 15 days I had no games, so I called my card company and had them take care of it because that is ridiculous to pay for nothing.

I was trying to reactive my account one day and they told me my account has been suspended and they no longer want me as a customer. Granted I can see the logic if someone was renting games and actually had them in their possesion, I was never mailed a single game!

Bad customer service.

Monetary Loss: $14.

oh so sorry you little geek. Why dont you watch a star trek marathon, or argue about were chewbacca is from, or go to an anime convention dressed as an ewok. Or go to your neighborhood gamestop and play games for free on the xbox display like all the poor black kids do.

Wanted to update this post for anyone who is interested. I have contacted the Better Business Beureau and the Fedral Trade Commision on how this company is doing business.

Technically you are never supposed to pay for something that you never receive.. what a concept, eh.

Anyway each person I spoke with agreed with me. Hopefully at least something will change at Gamefly, so more people do not have to go through this.
